Air Parcel Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled by the application "Air Parcel" (including the Android version, the iOS version, the desktop versions, and the related website; the "App").

1. About the App

The App lets you temporarily transfer files and text between devices signed in with the same Google account. Files and text are stored in your own Google Drive (an app-specific area).

2. Information we collect

• Google account information: To sign you in, the App accesses your email address.
• File identifiers: To deliver transfer notifications and refresh device lists, the App collects only an identifier (ID) of each file or text you send, plus the identifier of the sending device. Information that reveals the contents — such as the name, size, or body — is never stored on the developer's servers (Firebase).
• Device information: To deliver arrival notifications, the App collects an app-generated device identifier and, on Android and iOS, a push notification token (FCM token).
• List-update version: To refresh the list on your other devices, a timestamp is stored in Firebase Realtime Database. It does not include file or text contents.
• Content shared from other apps: If you share a file or text with the App from another app, that content is processed on your device and stored in the app-specific area of your own Google Drive. It is never stored on the developer's servers.

3. Access to Google Drive

The App uses only the Google Drive drive.appdata scope. This permission grants access solely to a private, app-specific area (the application data folder). The App cannot view or modify any other files stored in your Google Drive.

4. How we use the information

• Authenticating you and identifying your account
• Transferring files and text between your devices and delivering arrival notifications
• Automatically refreshing the list on your other devices
• Providing, maintaining, and improving the App's features

5. Data storage and third parties

File identifiers, device information, and the list-update version are stored and processed in Firebase (Firebase Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions / Firebase Cloud Messaging / Firebase Realtime Database) provided by Google. We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties except as required by law. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not collect advertising identifiers.

6. Deleting your data

• You can delete your Air Parcel account from within the App. This removes your account data stored by the developer (Firebase) and items in the transfer box. Files that remain in your Google Drive application data folder can also be removed by revoking the App's access as described below.
• You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings page. When revoked, files in the application data folder are also deleted in accordance with Google's policies.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
