By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (About the App)

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
- A Google account is required to use the App.
- The App is free of charge.
- You are responsible for any communication charges and for the Google Drive storage space used by the App.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the App, you must not:
- violate any laws or public order and morals;
- send or receive files that infringe the rights of third parties;
- reverse engineer or otherwise analyze the App (except as permitted by law);
- interfere with the operation of the App (including placing excessive load on its servers); or
- engage in any other conduct that the Developer deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Handling of Data)
- The files you send are stored in your own Google Drive, and the Developer cannot access their contents.
- Details of the information collected by the App are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for managing and deleting transferred files at your own discretion.
Article 5 (Changes to and Termination of the App)
- The Developer may modify, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to users.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damage arising from the suspension or termination of the App.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- The App is provided "as is", and the Developer does not warrant that the App is free from defects, whether factual or legal (including with respect to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and security).
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damage arising from failed or delayed file transfers, or from loss or corruption of data. Always keep separate backups of important files.
- The App relies on services provided by Google (such as Google Drive and Firebase), and the Developer is not responsible for issues caused by outages, specification changes, or discontinuation of those services.
- Transferring confidential business information or other sensitive data is done at your own judgment and risk.

The Developer may amend these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on this page. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
